CD009?

So, I ended up biting the bullet and getting the cd009 transmission to hopefully cure my shifting problems with 3rd gear at high rpms. Found one in Denver, CO with 6,800 miles from a 2005 350z. Here are pics, I'm trying to make 100% sure this is indeed a cd009?
